According to Seal(1997)in “What I stress,” We can get stress through any event such as divorce or being fired from a job. We need to learn how to deal with stress in order to get less stress. The Canadian physiologist Hans Seyle discovered about three things that are called general adaptation syndrome. The first thing is the alarm reaction. When we recognize our stress, it will give a signal to our body. After alarm reaction we will get resistance. It will be helpful to our body to escaped adapt stressor. The last thing is exhaustion. When we can not achieve after the alarm reaction and resistance, we may be exhausted or collapse. As a result, when we get stress, it will be good or bad depending on how can we deal with stress well because in the case of people, we can not predict when we get stress.
