Problems in New York

According to this article New York people had the highest temperature that they had ever seen. Also it was driest with the least rain since 1869. Therefore, many people used electricty and they underwent an outage. Because of these problems, global warming became an important issue and there are some reasons and facts. When people burning something that causes carbon dioxide; it will prevent the heat earth. When we have too much heat, it can make icebergs melt and our ecological balance will be destroyed. Ozone consists of smog and it will make elderly and children get serious diseases such as asthma and lung problem. Today people in New York have 21 times more people who get asthma and lung problem. Moreover, Malaria will occur from mosquitos due to high temperature; also, because of the melting of icebergs, the sea level will be increased and we need to expect flooding and we need to build dikes or barriers to prevent disaster.

In New York due to the high temperature, many people suffer and they will get some problems from nature, for example, diseases from ozone, malaria from mosquito, and increasing of sea level. All of those problem come from basic environmental problem. Also there are some solution.

First, disease from ozone. Ozone consists of smog which comes from cars. Also there may be no solution to stop smog, but there is some way to clean the air or catch the smog. To clean the air, of course we need to grow many trees. Trees have a function; they can breathe dirty air and carbon dioxide and then the tree will emit fresh airs it will be the best way to clean the air. In addition, shortly hydrogen car will be product. Also It will be a good solution.

Second, malaria from mosquito. We need to get an immunization and destroy mosquito’s habitation. Immunization will be the easiest solution to prevent malaria. On the other hand, destroying mosquito’s habitation is also a good way. Mosquito lives in dirty pools; for that reason we need to clean up dirty pool and try to get prevention of the extermination.

The last, increasing of sea level. Even though there are many serious problems, it can be the most serious problem because this problem relates to our survival. In addition we can lose our territory. To prevent this problem we have to dams build or something which can protect is from water. Even though it will be very big, we have to built that. Like the movie ”the day after tomorrow”, It can be our problem. I believe we can not ignore that.

Because of all of the problems and factors, we need to find out how to prevent those problems. Frankly, to do something, we need to act ourselves. Even though it is difficult to do, I believe we have to do if for our good life. It is not only just environment problems but also our problems.
